Pony Dream Farms

Pony Dream Farms sponsors a limited number of junior apprentices as part time working staff to assist with lessons, camps, and barn chores. We require that all junior apprentices be a currently enrolled student in our riding program, be at least age 13, and must be able to pass both written horsemanship tests and equitation riding tests within 3 months. In some cases, these junior apprentices may be able to work off a portion or all of their lesson tuition. This opportunity is usually limited to no more than 2 students at any time, however we do accept additional junior apprentice candidiates on a volunteer basis. All volunteers and working students are expected to be dependable, responsible, have a good attitude, and perform up to the standards of Pony Dream Farms. They must be always improving their horse knowledge and riding skills, must be able to pay attention to safety and other details, work well with children, and maintain the our proper codes of behavior.
