Pony Dream Farms, LLC Lesson Cancellation/Makeup Policy

We currently teach makeups on each Thursday.                              Appointments are available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Other openings are available. It is the student/parent’s responsibility to schedule makeup lessons with Pony Dream Farms. We do not issue refunds for missed lessons. Makeup lessons must be scheduled within 30 days of the missed lesson, preferably within the same calendar month. If the student is enrolled in a semi private or a group lesson and the makeup is given as a private lesson, the difference in lesson fees is owed, or we can teach a shorter lesson if preferred.

We will allow makeup lessons for the following reasons:
***Student Cancellation-due to illness or other reason. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required. However we do appreciate a phone call even if the student is not able to provide notice. Then we will not spend time bringing up a horse and preparing for the students arrival.
***Instructor Cancellation-we strive to keep every appointment, but occasionally the staff also may be sick or have a personal emergency. Please accept our apologies in advance, and a makeup credit will be issued.
***Inclement Weather-we do not hold riding lessons under the following weather conditions: temps over 95 degrees or under 30 degrees (depending on combined weather conditions), wind gusts in excess of 20 mph, heavy rain, lightning, or in case of severe weather warnings. However due to the sometimes unpredictable nature of weather forecasts we do not cancel in anticipation of rain, etc.   Please call or text Ms. Laura at 901-212-9726 to verifiy lessons will or will not be held.
