Camp Policies
Pony Dream Farms maintains an “open barn door” policy for all activities in both camps and lessons for parents and family. Visiting during camps and lessons is allowed and encouraged.
However, please note that riding will take place primarily during the earliest morning hours of camp if there is extreme heat. Riding in temps of 95 and above are dangerous for rider, instructor, and especially the horse or pony.
Pony Dream Farms requires a minimum of 7 days notice of cancellation in order to issue a refund.
A refund or a credit will also be given for absence from camp due to illness as long as a written doctor’s excuse is provided.
Pony Dream Farms will issue a camp or lesson credit if riding activities are reduced by at least 50% due to inclement weather.
Campers are expected to follow safety rules and behavior guidelines. If there is a problem with following or respecting the rules, parents will be consulted. Failure to comply with rules may result in the camper being asked to leave the camp session, with no refund due.
