Refunds are issued for customer cancellations within 7 days of  the reserved date.

In the event of inclement weather, 24 hour advance cancellation by the client is required for refund or for a rescheduled date.

Please be informed that Pony Dream Farms does not load or transport horses or ponies in inclement weather.
